Our suppliers must establish, document, implement, ensure continuity and continuously improve the effectiveness of a quality management system that ensures the reduction of nonconformity and increases performance.

Suppliers must have quality targets that are measurable, can be achieved within a certain time period in line with the quality policy, and can meet EXTREME POWER TRANSFORMER expectations, including the conditions required to meet material requirements.

Suppliers should also have a management review process that ensures continuous improvement. These reviews should include activity outputs to monitor overall process performance.

The supplier must plan, implement and control all of its activities and carry out necessary improvement activities in a way that minimizes variability in these activities and in the system as a whole.
